What stood out about Isaac was that he actually listened to what we needed instead of just blindly throwing a quote at us like the other guys did. He asked how we cook, how often we host, whether we wanted to age in place here. Then he pushed back on a few of our ideas in a good way. He talked us out of moving the sink (would've been a plumbing nightmare) and suggested opening up the wall to the dining room instead, which ended up being the single best decision we made. Jose ran the demo crew and he was great, super respectful of the house and always gave us a heads up before anything loud happened.
